Do you take phone orders and online orders?
Ordering online has never been this easy before with our new improved Yahoo shopping cart! If you do experience difficulties submitting your order, or you are unable to locate a specific product, our well-informed salesmen are available for assistance. When will I receive an email confirmation for my order?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order within minutes of completing your order online or with one of our friendly staff members.

Which products on the web site are in stock?
All products on the web site in stock have a "usually ships same business day" icon to the left of the order button. If a product has a "not in stock" icon, then we do not have that item available for sale.

How often to you receive new products
Modabelle.com receives new products continuously. Our catalogs are constantly being updated with new products, but we may sell out very quickly. If you would like to be among the first to know when we receive new items or have sales, you may wish to consider signing up for our free Newsletter

Can I get a catalog of your product assortment sent to me?
You can only view the Modabelle product assortment online in our web store.

When will my credit card be charged?
Yahoo will automatically charge your card as soon as you hit the order confirmation button at check out.


Return Questions

How to send a return?
You must complete the steps outlined in the "Return Policy" form sent to you with your order prior to returning any product to Modabelle. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in new unused condition with all tags and packaging.  For complete instructions on returning a product to Modabelle, please read the Return Policy section of our Help Desk.

When will I receive my refund?
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt at our location. You should receive a confirmation email indicating that your return was successfully processed. Your issuing bank will credit your account within 3-5 business days of return completion; however, depending on the policies of your issuing bank, your credit may not been visible on your statements for up to 60 days.

Can I exchange an item received from Modabelle?
You can exchange an item as long as the original purchase meets all of the return criteria. However, we will not reship a product until we receive the original item back for inspection.

Can I return an item for store credit?
An item may be returned for store credit provided that all return guidelines are met.

Are Modabelle gift certificates refundable?
No. Modabelle gift certificates are non-refundable.

If I return a gift, how is credit issued for the return?
Provided that the return meets our return guidelines, a Modabelle store credit will be issued to the gift recipient for the purchase price. If the recipient does not wish to receive store credit, a refund will be issued to the original card holder for the transaction.

Is there a restocking fee on any returned merchandise?
If you return your item within 1 week of receiving it at your doorstep, you are eligible to waive a 10% return fee*. That means that you may keep an item for up to 5 days without having to pay the return fee. Although, with this privilege, you are still responsible to meet the other return conditions.

Is there a preferred method by which I should return an item to Modabelle?
Cut out the pre-printed return-shipping label and affix to the package you are returning with packing tape, and do not include any other markings or text on the package. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address listed on the pre-printed label.


Authenticity and Product Questions

Are all of the products sold on Modabelle authentic?
Modabelle only sells New Authentic designer bags and accessories. We at Modabelle stand behind all of our merchandise. When you buy from us, you know that you are buying authentic, first quality merchandise. If you are not happy with any item purchased, just send it back, and we will refund you. It's that simple.

Are your products defective or seconds?
All of the items sold at Modabelle are first quality merchandise.

Will my item arrive with all of the original tags and packaging from the manufacturer?
All of our products are sold with authenticity tags and original packaging. Some items may have dust bags and boxes where applicable. Please review each item page to inquire what packaging will come with your order.

Problem with your Order

My order was shipped late. What do I do?
If an order is shipped later than 1 business day after the order was placed; then according to our Shipping Guarantee you may be eligible for a shipping refund. Please see the shipping guarantee page of our web site and email us at shipping@modabelle.com.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Modabelle insures all of our packages, so please report your damaged package to us as soon as possible.  at shipping@modabelle.com. We will need to contact UPS to begin the insurance claim process. It is standard policy to either replace a lost or damaged order or refund the customer for the purchase price of the item.

My order did not arrive. What do I do?
All If you received tracking information and your product has not arrived within 2 weeks, then your order is most likely lost. Please contact us at shipping@modabelle.com. Modabelle insures every item that leaves our premises.  We will need to report the incident to UPS to commence the claim process. . Then, it is our policy to refund the purchase price or replace the order. 

Why is my order pending review?
Modabelle has a security program that automatically reviews any order that does not have matching billing address

I received my item, but it is not what I ordered. What do I do?
If the item(s) received does not match the order made with Modabelle, we will replace or refund your purchase price and shipping as soon as the order is re-processed at our return facility. We will refund your shipping costs. Please email us as soon as possible.

I received my item, but it is defective. What do I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive an item in defective condition, please contact Modabelle immediately upon receipt of the item. We will replace or refund your purchase price and shipping as soon as the order is re-processed at our return facility. All items must still meet all of our return guidelines in order to be accepted. Please be aware that we do not accept used items as we cannot guarantee how they sill stand up to your particular usage. We will refund your shipping costs. Please email us as soon as possible.

If I subscribe to the Modabelle newsletter, will my e-mail address remain confidential? How often will I receive the newsletter?
We do not share e-mail addresses with third parties. Information such as account or credit card numbers and demographic information such as zip code, age, and income level are used only to process your order or send you our company newsletter and other e-mail promotions pertinent to the Modabelle site. We generally send newsletters every other week, but may vary depending on the time of year.

Why are orders automatically reviewed and/ or delayed?
Modabelle is deeply concerned about keeping consumer information safe. We take every precaution necessary in view of protecting consumers against credit card fraud and identity theft.

Our Yahoo security system automatically scans your credit card billing address and security code located on the back of your credit card to ensure customer safety on the internet. Our security system uses two types of verifications, the AVS security system (Address Verification System) and the CVV system (Code Value Verification). These two systems require our customers to input their billing address on file with their credit card company and the code located on the back of your credit card. The Yahoo security systems automatically review all orders that do not pass these two requirements.

How can I track or find out where my order is?
