How can I track or find out where my order is?
We provide online tracking for your convenience. Just click on the "Track Your Order" link in the email sent just after you made an order, and you can track the status of your delivery anytime.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Usually all complete orders are shipped within 1 business day.
How do I know when my order has been received?
We will send you an e-mail confirming our receipt of your order and your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
When can I expect my order?

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Can I ship to my office or another residential address even if it is different than my billing address?
Yes, we will ship to an alternate shipping address, but this address must be on file with your credit card company to ensure customer security.
